    Email received from EMF

Hello, yes we made these specifically for a Tacoma with total Chaos arms so it should fit, as long as your bolt hole is a ¾”. Currently we are out of the pins so more would have to be machined. It takes about 6-8 weeks currently because we are so backed up with orders.

Slowly working on this. Ordered and received replacement uniball for a little more than total chaos prices. Wish they could have sent me some snap rings and a tool to remove the caps. Just need some more clean up and hopefully have it completed by the end of the week. Going off thread I found for installation.

That part will not work on TOTAL CHAOS UCA's. Our arms only accept the uniballs found here.

Everything you need to know about replacing these can be seen in this video:

The new uniballs pressed in with ease. Standard install. No more sqweaking!!! Old uniballs had 1/8 inch of total play. Lots of popping sounds with normal driving which is why I wanted them replaced. Happy with these soo far being covered in all. Had the originals installed for 7years, 3 in Kodiak AK and 4 on Oahu. I used threads on here for maintenance guidance. Thanks TacomaWorld

Sweet. FYI if you didn't know already, I believe a wrench for an angle grinder will fit the caps. I have EMF tie rod ends on my solid axle 4runner and they are very nice parts. I wish I knew about these before buying replacement uniballs.

haha, talk about rubbing it in the total chaos’ face. How did this work out for you? Any issues or recommendations on going this route vs icon delta joint?
