Okay hive mind, I'm in a bind... I was planning to finish installing my lift today when I was surprised by my ECGS bushing being too small! I haven't been able to find this happen anywhere else online. I suspect the wrong part was sent by mistake?? Has anyone seen this happen? I've installed one before on my friend's 2012 SR5 and mine is a 2015 SR5 so this isn't my first rodeo.

I sent ECGS an email tonight and will be obsessively checking my email tomorrow for a response.

In the video I demonstrate how the bushing is not the right size to press fit (in focus) and then demonstrate that the needle bearing fits snug as it should (out of focus).

Has anyone seen this happen before?

Does your invoice have a part number listed? It should be T8CS-BUSHING according to the ECGS website.

The guys at ECGS are nice guys. I think they will make it right no problems.

They sent me a the right one free of charge. After another few days of sitting I got the part and installed it. Crisis averted :)

I have the same problem but with a
Yukon CV Axle Bushing for Front Toyota 8" with Clamshell Design
It have 40mm OD 2mm less than the needle bearing.
The biggest issue is that I bought it from Amazon (because I’m from Chile) in 12 July and I can get install it the past weekend, so I’m out of the amazon return program.
I hope that Yukon send me the correct product or give me my money.
tell me if anyone more have the same issue.

    Greetings to all.
