Just by looking at those I can tell you they’re the fender flares that will end up being 3 inches rather then 1.5. I’ve gone through the buying cheap fender flares thinking they’re gonna fit before craze, and the result your gonna be more happy with is going to be the bushwackers. I’m not sure what style your going for, but the ones that truly are 1.5 inches are the bushwacker OE style fender flares.

    here’s a link to them

Also not to mention doing the 3 inch ones (the ones you linked) will also make it so you have to get wheel spacers/more offset unless you want bad fitment with your wheels inside your fender flares. The only Tacoma models that went stock with the fender flare style you listed are the 01-04 models, but other then that the before models used the OE style fender flares of which can be found on bushwacker.
    Goodluck!

I'd wait and check for oem 98-00 flares, perfect size and no holes to cut. They come up every once in a while for around $200-300 but they get scooped up fast so I'd check at least once a day.

Thanks fellas. I should have mentioned that i'm pretty particular. I've enough good things about the Bushwackers and I also feel good about some refurbing some OEM. I definately don't want them to stick out more than 1.5" so either the 1" or 1.5" is what I'm looking for.

I have a pair of 2 that I could probably sell to you from my truck then all you need is the other side. I have another extra one but it’s a little broken on the bottom
