Tacoma- 16" method nv, but some plans are forming thanks to TW. Bronco- 11" lift, 38x15.50, want to diesel motor/driveline
I was curious if anyone has tried the dupli-color match in the spray cans on the 3rd gems? I have the quicksand and want to color match some stuff in and out. If I missed a thread on this by all means point to it, I just haven't found an answer to this specific question.

    - Thanks

Didn't know duplicolor has quick sand. Should be good. The key is using a good 2 stage clear coat for longevity

I used the Dupli-Color perfect match spray to paint the shark fin antenna on the roof to match my MGM paint with the Dupli-Color clear coat. After painting, I did light sand the clear with ultra fine sand paper then buffed it out smooth and glossy. Looks like it came from the factory painted and the match was pretty good. Since it was a plastic antenna, it didn’t have to be as perfect as painting a panel or something that needs blending, but still looks good. Color was perfect, flecks were just slightly different but since your paint doesn’t have metallic, would probably won’t even be noticeable. I will probably paint the reverse sensors on the end caps next to match the bumper. I am anal like that!

    BTW, purchased from O’reilly.

Appreciate the feedback, I'm planning on doing the chrome bumper caps and depending on how difficult it is to take the silver interior pieces off I may do those as well.

How did it work out for you? I’m thinking of using dupli color to mgm my chrome bumper caps
