    I have. I live in BC/Western Canada.
Pats Driveline / the gear center i think is their parent company? Rebuilt mine into a huge 1 piece. Its gnarly. It was 400 Canadian. Done in 1 day. It was a total of 2.5 days from shipped to them to back to me.

Probably people looking to eliminate vibes. Most then will be limited to *relatively taller gearing. If I went custom I’d stick with 2piece but add a double cardan

Single (and Two) Piece Driveshaft = Vibes....BE GONE!!! | Tacoma World

Many opinions on fixing 2 piece or getting a 1 piece so read up on both.
I went to a 1 piece Tom Woods 7 years ago and no problems since on DCSB Off-Road. Their site tells/shows you lots of facts.
Mounted with the slip joint on transfer case end and pic shows clearance at old center carrier mount. Larger shafts will require cutting the old mounts off.

I don't think so. Tom Woods won't make one over a certain length...don't remember what it is, but a LB is too long. Doubt anyone else will either. When I was wondering the same thing, I read various places that the reason is that the wall thickness would have to be increased...therefore the weight would increase, then it's just that much harder to balance. Could be complete bullshit, but that's a popular theory, and it sounds reasonable to an untrained person (me).

DCSB and ACLB are the same length. Tom Woods will not do driveshafts for DCLB though. Max length he'll do is somewhere around 72-75 inches

Just installed a Tom Woods one-piece driveshaft. All vibes gone and smooth as butter.

I have a pretty good hunch, but I'll ask anyway....short bed or long bed?
