The small round spot mirror has came off the drivers side mirror on my 2007 Tacoma. While searching for a replacement I saw the Spotter mirror site: (https://spottermirror.com/p/toyota/tacoma/2005-2015-tacoma-spotter-mirror/). Anyone have experience installing these? The video seems simple enough. I'm interested in this option, but only looking for the replacement round mirror. I haven't been able to find JUST the small round mirror on the typical sites.. Any recommendations?

Their website says they, “accept returns on products in new/unused condition within 30 days of delivery.”

Order one and try it out. Post back here and tell us how it goes.

    Many…
I replaced the mirrors on my 2012 with spotter mirrors, I’d recommend them. Much better than the round stick on mirrors. If you’re going for the heated mirrors, they take a good bit of extra wiring obviously. But if you’re just after the straight glass replacement, they’re fairly easy if you follow the directions. Just be careful, the plastic parts can be brittle obviously.

O'Reily's had the small round stick on and that will work for now. However, I'm still interested in the spotter mirror option. Still may get into that and I will post up here if I do go that way. Brittle plastic is my concern on my 2007.

+1 on the spotter mirrors, I love mine. I got them when I got a bed cap that reduced visibility, but I find them super helpful for parking (easily seeing the white lines without having to move mirrors down) and avoiding sharp rocks to the sidewall and stuff when off road. I got heated ones since they were close in price and ran the wires when I installed them but haven't actually hooked them up to a switch and relay yet. If you aren't running the wires the install is super easy and quick.

I have SpotterMirrors on my 2014 AC, about 2 years / 20K miles now. I installed my myself. Just go slow & use caution not to tweak any of the plastic mounting points/clips/studs.

100% satisfied with their performance. Mostly on-highway use, but also several hundred miles of dirt roads & moderate forest-trail running, plenty of heavy vibration & some decently hard suspension hits and they are still tight & hold position fine.
