My 7.5amp fuse blew in my Tacoma. I bought a replacement but the “prongs” are longer, does that matter? I apologize I’m uneducated when it comes to fuses or anything electrical. Will post pictures

Most important is the numbers must match. The length of the contacts only matters if the electrical connection will jiggle free. Or if the exposed part of the connection had a lot of bare metal there is an increased chance something loose could short it, like if you had a pair of pliers pulling out another fuse and they touched it.

Too many trucks and mods to list.. check builds
the longer tab fuses will fit. its just an older style.. they should work fine in the engine bay box. but they wont fit the cabin box if you want to put the cover on.

Yes the mini fuses will fit in place of the low profile mini's in most cases.
The main thing is to use the correct amperage fuse and not more, if a fuse is blowing without reason you have a problem and putting in a higher amperage fuse will only create bigger problems.

Yes, no prob using the longer one. Taco OEM fuse is called a low profile mini ATM; the one with longer blades is a mini ATM. I’ve seen some vendors refer to the low profile as a micro fuse. Toyota calls them Type A fuses. For the voltage boost fuse, I am using the mini ATM version because it is cheaper than the low profile version.
