Do I need to replace these ignition coils?

These are from a 2006 Tacoma with 210k miles on it.
While changing the plugs I saw a small amount of oil residue on two of them and some light rust. Sadly, I foolishly did not notice until they were all out, so I don't know which cylinders each came from. Should I change them? How concerned should I be about the oil & rust?

Nah just clean them up and replace the boots, you should replace the valve cover gaskets as most likely the spark plug tube seals are leaking.

Here is what the plugs looked like. I don't think they look too bad for 210k miles, and no idea when (if?) they have ever been changed.

How many miles on the truck?
The plugs have been changed before.
I know because they are all the same.

They have been changed at least once, the factory plugs are half Denso and half NGK.
They are reccomended to be changed every 30k since they are copper plugs but many people take them 100k+ with no problems.

Well, I'm changing them in any case. My concern was really the ignition coils. But everyone says "keep them until they throw a code" so I guess that's what I'll do

Yea no need to change coils on a Toyota until they start giving trouble, just put new boots on them if they need it (which they probably do since they got oil on them) and fix the valve cover gaskets.

After 492,000 miles finally had my first coil go bad, not too bad I think

    Not at all.
    That’s a lot of miles.
    Congratulations for that milestone!

Just replace them, gap is way too wide & center electrode is rounded.

Should be sharp for a good spark.

NGK is a good brand, all I use.

    Try NGK Iridium, can't hurt.

A little more $, but worth it in my opinion :)
