Anyone do any diy hammocks that are attached to the hitch?

I've seen the Mclean barebones hammock that I may attempt to replicate,

    Just looking for ideas, suggestions

A guy I know has a lifted 4wd Mercedes Sprinter with every home convenience you could imagine and he put a front receiver hitch on it and has his hammock hanger on the front.

Badass.. I used to think those vans were stupid, but they serve a great purpose. Monthly payment on the van is probably cheaper than a 400sqft studio in seattle. Do you know which brand mount your buddy has?

I've been thinking of a design where you can hang a hammock by mounting from inside the bed to the trailer hitch.
Similar to this design, but without needing a roll bar.
