I just purchased some new Depo Black Bezel Headlights from Amazon. I siliconed them prior to installation in hopes of keeping any moisture out. I thought these headlights were decent with seals and kept most of the water out... well I was wrong. After a mild rain last night and a car wash this evening, this is what I find. The passenger side is hazy. Luckily, this happened within the warranty period so I can return them. Is this a common issue? Should I get a refund and purchase another brand or should I take my chances with a replacement? IMG_0328.jpg

I bought a tube of black silicone and went crazy with it where the lens and housing come together and had luck with that.

I siliconed the crap out of my Depos. One year later, one is developing condensation and the other isn't. I think it's a crap shoot, and I've just grown to live with it now.

I did that with mine, but it still leaked. I hate the process of removing the lights more than anything.

I had that problem too with the eBay headlights. Since then I switched to Anzo headlights and have been lucky with no leaks.

I agree. I think OEM is the best route if you want to shell out the $$$, but I am not wanting to spend a lot on Halogen lights. Plus, the reviews on this brand were decent, so I thought what the hell.
