    Good evening-

I have a 2018 Tacoma TRDOR which has a weird problem.

The dashboard and door trim panels have a tiny waffle pattern in them which absolutely absorbs dog slobber.

For reference, please see the following photos which show my typical passenger load:

The main culprit is my boy, Triten (orange bandana in top photo, featured in bottom photo), who seems able to make a type of mud mixture while I'm not paying attention. He then takes this mixture and slathers it all over this trim.

The only way to kinda clean this trim is using a steam gun, which is a huge pain in the ass. I've tried a variety of brushes and door protectors, and none of them have stood up to my boy.

Does anyone have an experience with either:
    A. Replacing this weird dirt-grabbing trim with something I can easily clean and protect (I'd like to go with leather or heavy vinyl)
    or
    B. An awesome set of door card protectors (that uses an attachment other than those crappy little flaps that slide between the seal and window)

    Thanks in advance!

I have a rear seat cover that I really like. I call it a dog taco. Duluth trading sells them- they attach to the front and rear headrests and prevent him from sliding to the floor. I suppose I'm really looking for just door covers. I'm even considering taking the door cards off, adding a neodymium magnet to the back of the panel and using similar magnets on the covers, but washing them would make those damn magnets stick to the inside of the washer.

When I first got the truck, I tried a few different dog seat covers, one had walls which had to be attached to the oh shit handles, but they didn't survive more than a month or two.
