Damn.. 2024 RAV4 hybrid stolen from their driveway

    My neighbor on the next block...It was locked. He didnt know about disabling the fob. I disable mine every night and keep them away from the front of the house... I guess it was a silent getaway too.

    Do they have cameras?
    I'd guess it's likely it was towed, or a key was unknowingly lifted.
    Years ago, my father took his Element to the local Firestone for work. Since the key to my mother's brand new Accord was so large, he didn't like it in his pocket. 24 hours later the Accord was recovered in da hood.

    havent gotten the full story yet, or if cameras caught anything. This area of my town backs up to a pretty busy street and I always wonder about the sophisticated thieves who use the repeaters to grab the fob signals. I turn my fobs off every night

    10 years ago a friend of mine said his car got stolen but he was quite vauge about it. We concluded that it got repo'd because he makes poor financial decisions (used rent-a-wheel just to have nice wheels)
