So i ordered a suspension lift kit for my 2018 Tacoma from Suspensionlift.com and they sent me the worst packaging ever. Box was all beatup, all hardware was loose, shocks and springs are scraped, chipped paint on the springs, protective coating is gone and ready to rust after I install it. They dont anything like in the picture (NEW).20221022_150644.jpg Screenshot_20221022_153143_Chrome.jpg Has anyone had the same problem with Suspensionlift.com?

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
You got the hardware? That’s a miracle. Install them, then beat the living shit out of that thing. Good luck

Man, usually just a bunch of candy asses bitching on here about a ding in a card board box that their "stuff" was shipped in. I do believe you have an actual reason to be upset. Send those photos to the the folks Ya bought them from and let us know their reply.

I ordered a full set of fox 2.0's the boxes were THRASHED and not one mark was on any of the shocks.

This is fairly bad, let us know how they handle it.

Well so far looks like they are going to take care of me, we will see and i will update for those who are thinking of purchasing from them. This was their reply

Hello Felipe, sorry for the inconvenience. We could file for a damage claim on this. The shipping team will update you in email.

If that was exactly the way they were packaged, that’s absurd. No padding at all between the coilovers? Looks to me like much of the damage is from them beating each other up on the ride, perhaps. Maybe the rest of the cardboard looks worse. Who just ships expensive parts with no padding, no styrofoam, not a thing in between? They owe you a return shipping label and a new set, or else you have everything you need for a successful CC dispute (or PP, not sure how they are to deal with for damaged goods).

A damage claim? Like it’s the shipping company’s fault? Whatever, as long as you get made whole, but that’s on whoever packaged them, not the shipper

I agree. Those are beat to hell. OP has a reason to be unsatisfied.

If I kept them, I would at least put some pain on the bare steel.

60/40 this resolves in your favor, then 50/50 it resolves quickly. But you’re totally justified in your claim.
<edit while I’m at it>40/60 you’re satisfied with the outcome.

Could have been worse, they shipped me bare leaf springs and then insisted that it was shipped in a box...

    20240510_131221_sm.jpg

one of the springs had 2 standard length brackets instead of 1 standard, 1 extended..
You would think this would be a simple 'whoops our bad, we'll ship you the correct one right away'

still stuck at talking to their cust support bot, who is stuck at 'the springs should be in a box, i need a photo of that box and its label'

there is literally no human contact with this website, even the text channel is bot run.

communication could have been better but suspensionlifts did come through. Since my case was a manufacturer error it had to be covered by icons warranty, which they(icon) overnighted the extension set to me with no fuss. There's some sort of distribution company called Turn14 that is the underpinning to the actual delivery of products from that and several other ****lifts.com websites.

I just did an order through suspensionlifts.com for assembled 6112s, the packaging was good (custom foam around the coilovers). However, the snap ring they installed failed on me as I was driving down the interstate after about 200 miles of driving on it. They sent me a new shock (packaging was pretty beat up, but the contents were ok) and paid for a second alignment. I would say on the whole they made it right. It is accurate that you can't talk to anyone on the phone, which is super annoying, but their email replies are pretty quick. Would I go with them again, maybe, if the price was right.
