I have been looking into this tent for a while....

    https://dactent.com/products/dac-da3-mid-size-truck-cap-tent

The problem is I can't get a clear answer on what size to order, Mid Size or Large. The site itself says the Medium is NOT meant for 2nd Gen Tacomas, only 1st Gen, but in my research I have seen lots of people using the Mid size on their 2nd Gens just fine, and the Large looks really baggy.

Does anyone use this tent? If so, what size do you recommend? I have a 2nd Gen, cab-high Leer 100xr shell, no roof racks.

Or, if anyone has a better alternative I am all for that as well....

FYI, I ordered the mid size. It is on back order and will be here in 3-4 weeks. I'll update this post with pictures once I have it installed so anyone else having this sizing issue can judge for themselves. The large isn't even being sold anywhere right now that I could find so it made the decision easier.

The mid size is the correct size. The pic below is it installed on my truck.

I am surprised yours fits so well with the high rise shell. Looks nice.

It fits great. I looked at your review. Liked your idea of getting magnets to close the gaps at either side of the tailgate. Always learning something here.
