Anyone installed the black d-ring "accessories" form Toyota near the front of the bed toward the cab? My truck came with two near the tailgate already installed, but I wanted another two up toward the cab....can't figure out where to put these bolts through the bed or if they're even made to go toward the cab up front.

    Thanks!

Thank you for not reading any part of this thread. But still taking the time to google d-rings and where to buy them. I already have the toyota d-ring accessories. Wondering where they go toward the cab

A few additions to make me feel cool.
Take the forward bed bolts out and mount them under those. That way your anchor points go to the frame. That's what I did.

If you have part number PT278-35054, then the following instructions might help:

If you look in the cheap mods thread you will see D-rings and the info and pics are in there. I am on my tablet and typically only use it for pornography and don't know how to copy links on this witchbox.

Limited wheels, extra rope hooks in bed.
I did this...To me the D-rings aren't getting as much use as these.

Here you are good sir (or madam or other).

In other words... same as what was posted above. These were the instructions in the little package the d-rings came in.

Don't you already have 2 d-rings mounted up at the back of the cab in the bed?? My truck came with them from factory, I've already used them to tie down kayaks... ??

No. It's an available factory option, not standard. Lots of trucks didn't ship with the extra $55 of d-rings.
