Thank you that's what I thought I replaced the plug and coil and problem persists I have punched my converters out is it possible it's because of that and is there anyway to bypass the o2 sensors? Any ideas what to do next?

when 1-5 misfire its usually fixable but when 6 misfires toyota says you need to do a full engine swap and they recommend the 5.7 V8 in its place...just so you know...

The above cylinder location is correct.

Unless the cat is totally clogged, it should not cause a misfire. Misfires can be a result of spark issues OR fuel issues, so remember that a dirty injector can cause a misfire as well. Also, a bad plug or ignition on the companion cylinder can actually show up a a miss on the coded cylinder. (meaning in this case that a bad spark plug or other ignition component on 3 can cause a code to set on 6) The firing order on these engines is 1,2,3,4,5,6. Strange to be in order, but it does happen. If you split the numbers in two and stack them, you will get the companion cylinders. Like this:
    1 2 3
    4 5 6

    So 1 and 4, 2 and 5, 3 and 6.

These are a COP or coil-on-plug, so I would suggest moving the spark plug to Cylinder #2, and the coil to cylinder #4. Run the engine and see if the miss has moved. If it has, you will know based on what you moved to where. If the miss is still present, move the #3 coil to #5, and the #3 spark plug to #1. Retest. If the miss is STILL on 6, then you are looking at either a mechanical issue (Intake valve, exhaust valve, camshaft) or a fuel issue (Injector)
