Post some pics of your truck from the side as well as your suspension. They shouldn’t be binding with only 2.5 lift.

Exactly, I have been running a 2.5 lift for a long time. There's no way they are going to be binding at that hight.

This ^ if they are binding, its from some other problem with your lift install.

When are you experiencing this binding, and what does it feel like? Your pics look good to me.

Looks fine, the wheels are turned. Only a problem if your doing 100s of reverse donuts.

Your pics show normal cv angles with a lift. You're focused on the outer boot - the inner boot is the one that will blow out first (the joints themselves can handle this)

I just replaced my passenger side axle 2 days ago due to the inner boot being completely worn through and separated from rubbing against itself because of my lift. Run it until it blows out, then run it until it frightens you. Then replace it with a CVJ axle with the high angle boot. Life is good!

Edit to add: My truck has 135K hard miles on it and the axle I replaced was fine. The boot was torn for over 10K miles.

is 4x4 on? did you trim your fenders at all? did you bend your brake dust shield during install, and just need to bend it back?

Is the tire hitting the skid plate? If the skid plate gets bent, the tire will hit it at full lock.

I'm going to jack it up and try to spin the wheel by hand at full lock.

    I bet its something else....

Jack it up via the LCA to keep weight on it so it resembles ride height n spin the tire, then you can really figure out what it is.
