I just ordered an amp and stealthbox from them yesterday. Amp will be here tomarrow and box will take awhile longer but no shipping.

 

i love crutchfield. theyre hella expensive for car audio stuff tho, (3 of my friends own or work for a car stereo place, so yah), but i remember a few years back I bought a home A/V system from them and their customer service was amazing.

you see, the item was listed as in stock, but when i bought it, they said it was gonna ship in a day or two (the box was massive, and this was when they had free shipping lol) well, after a week, it didn't ship and i called them up and asked about it. they quickly realized their mistake and said they would 2nd day air it out to me as soon as it came in. well, 3 days later it showed up at my doorstep. and i calculated the shipping, it came out to around $350. for a $500 surround sound system. I was extremely impressed....

 

I ordered my head unit bracket mounting kit from them and had it shipped UPS to me here in AK. UPS f-ed up and kept trying to deliver it to the address that i didnt live at and after 3 attempts they shipped it back to Crutchfield. I called them and they are shipping it back to me 2nd day air free of charge. From the beginning customer service has been nothing but good!!
