All of the sudden im having 2 issues hard to tell if they came the same time but When im in Cruise control and use the blinker to switch lanes it dissengages the held speed. The other problem is blinkers are blinking too fast. Just all of the sudden this happen have no clue where or how it came about!

You have a blinker bulb dead so replace it and blinker speed will be fixed.
Cruise problem could be the brake pedal switch so see if you have brake lights as a start. Cruise is kicked off when the pedal is depressed. Fused so check the under hood fuses for possible blown - stop 10A and AM2 15A. Accelerator position sensor also feeds cruise but if your throttle is working rule that out. Then there is the combo switch in the steering column so work that a few times and watch the gauge cruise light but that only works when up to speed (don't remember the lowest speed it works at). Finally ECM receives all inputs and holds the speed (behind glove box on right side near kick panel). Don't believe any connections between blinkers and cruise unless a Gen 3 with lane change alert.

The brake switches on these trucks have been known to be just on the ragged edge of the adjustment. When you change lanes, the pedal swings sideways just enough to activate the brake switch. Check that. A simple test is to put your toe under the brake pedal and lift the pedal when you change lanes. If that solves the problem, there you go.

It could also be an issue with the spiral cable in the steering wheel.
