Any one try this stuff and is there anything I should look for when spraying my underbody? Is this stuff hard to remove if I get it on the paint? How many cans should be able to do the underbody? Lastly how long does this stuff last untill you have recoat again?

I've used it, good product. Do it right, get under your truck and clean everything you can by hand. What I mean is, find some old wash rags and get nasty under there with a water hose and sprayer. Bathing suit and warm weather is advisable, will take hours to clean if you have and older dirty truck. After washing go drive your truck on the highway to promote drying. Store your truck in a garage over night and get a box fan blowing under it from front to rear. Six cans will do the frame diff, a-arms, rear tow assembly, front bumper assembly and cross members.

Wear goggles and rubber gloves and clothes you don't mind throwing away while applying the product!!

Do a light coat for the first application first thing in the next morning. Let it set over night, do the second coat later the next day to spread out the drying time. Let it dry another 12 hours befor driving. I have no clue how long it lasts. Once dry, car wash sprayer won't hurt it.

Just from my experience its best to do rust proofing with any of these products on a hot week so they will dry a lot quicker. For some reason fluid film is the exception if too hot...it doesn't dry, runs, and drips all over the place. When i used cosmoline the ticket was one of the hottest day of the summer....it setup good in 1/2 an hr., and was completely dry in less than 2....very happy with the results.
