I have a 2015 Tacoma DCLB with 30,000 miles. Out of the blue, my key fob stopped working(both sets), my dash lights have the SRS warning light and the slip indicator warning light constantly on. What in the world could that be? No google search is leading me in the right direction. I've checked multiple fuses, took the negative off my battery for an hour and still no luck. No recent 4x4, no new modifications.

    Thanks so much in advance.

The check engine light is not on, Im finishing my 48 hour shift then i'll go to a parts store and see if there are codes. I didn't think there would be any without a CEL.

Just spitballing at this point. Had it in for any services? Is it new to you? Maybe check the plugs to the ecu at the in cab fuse panel.

There could be codes in other modules but you need a scanner capable of reading codes in modules other than the PCM, since this all happened at the same time I would kinda suspect a communication issue on the CAN bus. Any aftermarket alarm systems or something possibly plugged into the DLC (you need to look under the dash and make sure there's nothing piggybacked off the factory DLC)?

There will be a code for the SRS ( Supplemental Restraint System ). Make sure the OBD2 reader you use has the capability to read the SRS Codes.

Nothing has been done to the truck for over a month, maintenance wise, just kinda hunkering down for the winter. I've owned the truck since mile #5. I'll see if I can pull any codes
I'll also triple check the fuses.

Thanks again for the input, I appreciate it.

Sorry I never updated this, I hate when people get help on threads and don't post what the fix was! (guilty!)

The solution was a fuse. in the main fuse box, there is a 7.5 amp fuse labeled ECU-B.
What caused it to blow? I have no idea, hasn't had a problem since.

Lesson learned? Don't trust your eyes when checking fuses, use a meter.

Thanks for all the help fellas.
