I'm going to cut my bumper so I can put on my new one, but I'm having to wait a week or two to get it powder coated. Is there anything that could be damaged if I drove around with it like in the picture in the mean time?

Some states require a front license plate to be attached at all times while operating a vehicle on public roads.

I have had numerous vehicles with missing body panels without issues. Issues with law enforcement was another story LOL

Im curious why you removed the bumper without having a replacement ready.

But for your real question, if a rock gets kicked up and hits the front of your truck it could pop the ac condenser. But you should be just fine.

    I live in one.

I never got the front plate mount in Dec 2019 when I bought my truck.

If I do anything it'll be like this:
    upload_2021-2-4_13-21-32.jpg

Otherwise, zip ties for inspection. :notsure:

You could damage what you hit. And if you injure people you may be additionally liable since you removed a government-required bumper and substituted...nothing. (Don't make one out of wood, either. That's usually not legal. Ask me how I know.)
