I have been using Mobil1 full synthetic since truck was new. Any thoughts on Costco’s full synthetic?

Unless the people who post here have grad school degrees in chemistry and spend 8-5 analyzing oil, you are not going to get a professional answer.
As stated, Warren makes the oil not only for Costco, but many others.

I'll be switching over as it's everyday Costco price is about $6-$7 cheaper than Mobil-1 on sale.

    Oil is oil.

The oil meets the minimum standards Toyota has for their engines. So you will be fine using it. There are better oils on the market however for a higher price. You will get a million different opinions and suggestions With this thread. I personally would not run it.

The only way to know is to

    1) either personally know a tribologist who has tested it (any oil) and is willing to share data.

    2) use an independent lab like Blackstone to test samples from your vehicle. Do one with Mobil1, then with Costco. While not a cheap venture, you will learn the specifics of both your engines health and the current oil of choice. Once you've made your comparo, no need to bother again.

    Option.

    1) Use an oil with the correct SAE designation, the correct viscosity, and change it based on the owners manual for either severe or regular duty, based on your usage.

    2) Enjoy life

I’ve run the same oil on my second gen work truck in the form of Supertech for years. 270k and runs like a champ. Oil is oil, and if it were a bad product, you’d already know considering millions have probably used it in some branding or another. Change it at regular intervals and drive along worry-free. In my case every 5k miles. Neither the 2TR or 1GR engines are hard on oil.

i run Royal purple. My engine runs quieter and that to me is worth the extra 20 bucks for the change. Lol

I switched over to the Kirkland about 3000 miles ago, so far so good. I compared the Petroleum Quality Institute of America test results from Mobil 1, which I’ve been using for about 20 years, and the Kirkland, numbers are pretty close.

no, but my engines quieter and that’s worth it to me. And I’ve ran it in everything and I’m quite happy.
