Friday came somewhat early my dudes.

But in all seriousness … I have been filling my 22 with Costco gas (18 fill ups), and it tends to run somewhat poor. I have alternated with Chevron(3 fill ups) and Shell (1 fill up). And the truck runs better (no stumbling under load and low rpm and +5-10% mpg)

Anyone else have issues with Costco gas ?

I fill up another car at Costco all the time and no issues whatsoever, this truck however seems picky.

Don't use it. The shell less than a mile from my house is where I go.

hmm I used sams club gas but never had any issues , the only gas I absolutely stay away from is Arco.My gotos are Shell, Mobil, and chevron. I go to chevron occasionally when im in a hurry because of the no wait times

Yea Costco is usually $1 per gallon cheaper … that’s nothing to sneeze at when we’re still $5 a gallon here in Cali

    I get mine At Shell....
We had a local guy down here that was selling gas cheaper than anybody else awhile back...somebody took videos of his station over the period of a week at around 3am in the morning...he would show up,pop the lid off the fuel tanks ,pull a hose pipe over in it and turn the water on for almost 10 minutes..

No issue with over 85k filling up mostly at Costco. If I can't get to a Costco out on the road, I prefer Chevron. Filled up a couple times at a Shell. Never a difference that I could detect.

What Octane are you pouring in? In Colorado, at Costco, I pour in the highest octane (OV high octane tune) with no bad driveability results.

Yeah. With a wife and a couple teenagers, the Citi card certificate is a bit large. Gonna be a nice little reward for me, but I'd like to be spending less overall.

The Costco membership one usually covers a bit more than the executive upgrade cost.

No issues with 91 from Costco. Been using it for years on all my cars. All my family pumps there too.

All the gas stations in your area likely get their gasoline from the same refinery. The difference is additives which is why Toyota recommends Top Tier brands. That being said I have not had any issues with Costco gas.
