After looking around, I've narrowed my new tires to the new Cooper Road & Trail AT and the Yokohama Geolandar G015. I have a 2021 SR5 DC 4wd , stock suspension w/ factory mudflaps, currently with the 245/70/16 firestones. I'm planning to go 265/75/16 on the new ones. Truck will be mostly on road with the occasional gravel and dirt road, no serious off road. Thoughts and opinions on these tires please. Thank you.

The Coopers are brand new, but if they're as good as the tire they replaced they'll be a great tire.

I have the Geolandar G015 and I've had them on for about 7500 miles and I would recommend them 100% for a daily tire. They're quiet, great in rain, were quite good in east coast snow, and for gravel and dirt roads they're great. Ironically aired down, they do very well in beach sand as well.

I went from Cooper AT3s to the GO15s and they are great so far. Much quieter than the Coopers. The Coopers were amazing in deep snow, but they wore absolutely terrible. I drive conservatively and I only got just under 40k out of them. The Geos have been really good in snow, but didn’t get to try them in deep snow this winter.

So now I'm leaning toward the Yoko's but a few friends have made me think again about the Michelin Defenders. I've ran these before on my '04 Tacoma but the price is pretty steep.

i would choose the yokohama g015 AT over the cooper or michelin. i ran the yoko AT on a full size and really liked them. i never cared for cooper and while i like the michelin, i think the yoko will be better over a slightly wider range of terrain and conditions.

I thought about the Defenders, but they are just so blah visually. I know, it’s just looks, but I think their sidewall makes a truck look like a sedan.

    Michelin > Yokohama > Cooper

Performance wise the Michelin is better
Looks wise the Yokohama gets the nod
