Do you like them better than the BFG AT's you were running before?

I hope they do as good in snow as all the other tests. Did you stick with the stock P245/R75/16 or upgrade in size? I'm staying stock size myself.

I love my old BFG's cause they looked soo aggressive but the new AT3's handle much better, they get better traction in the rain and what not.

    Ill get them pictures up

Just got a set las week. I have ran 3 sets of BFG ATs in the past. Thought I'd give these a try. I think they handle much better than the BFGs wet/dry for sure. Did nothing but rain the past week and worked great. Just went off road wood hauling and what not performed great. I think the BFGs look better but these seem to perform better.

What' PSI is everyone running on the AT3's?

I have the C rated 265/75/16's and found ~32 psi to be good using the chalk test. They did seem to run pretty rough for the first 400 miles, was thinking it was poor balancing even after a re-balance, but now they seem to be much smoother.

I have to admit, I'm having huge balance problems with my AT3's. At this point these tires have about 3,500 miles logged in, and I have a huge vibration issue above 60 mph, and the road noise is much pretty significant. It's realized that AT tires require more frequent rotation and balancing but considering the easy use they have had, I find this tire unacceptable.

Highway issues, any of you guys with the AT3s notice they seem to wander at highway speeds after some time? Mine seem like they're getting more unstable as time goes on. I'm going in for an alignment and am thinking about getting new UCAs to get more caster so it tracks better on the highway. At this point, not sure if it's my alignment or the tires but I didn't have that feeling with my old tires.

Just started to feel this as well. Have about 3,000 miles on mine. I'm hoping that it's alignment because I do have a slight pull to the right. Or, possibly it's the weight transfer as I have sand bags in the back for the winter season (which i really haven't needed this year).

Update: I messed with the tire pressure and got them feeling great again. 4 psi actually made a very noticable difference in the way they handled. I think my pressure dropped due to the cold (TMPS never tripped and they didn't look like they were low) but I pumped them up a bit and they ride great again. Maybe it's because they're a softer P-rated tire but they seem more sensitive to pressure than other tires I've had. I got them set up correctly again and am loving the ride. I went from 31 psi to 35 or 36 psi (can't remember what I set them to).

Update: I have about 5K miles on these tires now. I had them rebalanced and rotated at 3K miles because the vibration was so bad I could do 50 miles an hour max (people on the interstated loved me) before developing a serious shimmy. Seriously don't buy these tires if you think you're saving money on an AT tire. Worst investiment I've made for the truck.

That sucks that you are having so many issues with these tires. i am approaching 6k myself and have had no issues whatsoever 265/75/16. They are great on the highway even fully loaded down in the back.

That sucks man! My dad just put a set of ATR's on his work truck (GMC Sierra, 2wd V6) and is having similar problems. I've been having good luck with my AT3's so far but after hearing your story, my dad's issues with his truck and the fact that Cooper had to warranty my old ATR's, Cooper's quality might be slipping...

I've been fighting a cupping issue with mine, I finally broke down and rotated them the way Cooper describes on their website (take the backs, criss cross them to the front and rotate the fronts straight back). Goes against everything I've ever been told about tires but I'm giving it a shot. Day 1 and they ride a hell of a lot smoother, but we'll see how they hold up in the long run.

Are you going to get new tires, will the tire shop help you out? If not, you might want to try a Roadforce balance or give something like Dynabeads a shot as a last resort.

I only have about 750 miles on mine, but I'm really liking them so far. Nice and smooth all the way up to 80 on the interstate. I really hope I don't have issues in the future.
