Looking at the COOPER DISCOVERER ATP 75R R16 TIRES on the DTD coupon and it says,
"Sidewall Type: Outlined White Letter"

Does that mean they can only be mounted white letters out?

No.

They're white on one side like most tires are. Mount them black wall if you want. I have the same tires.
