Does anyone know how to contact Rock Auto? I had a warranty return and they sent the wrong part. Now I have to figure out how to get the right part back from them. Thank you

Thank you for your post, I tried those, every suggestion sends you to another link that does not put you in contact with an individual. I need an email or phone number to discuss this with an actual human being that can make this right.

A phone number is probably going to be hard to find. Google doesn’t come up with one and pointed me in the direction I posted. It says there’s an email listed if you follow that link.

I just looked at Rock Auto’s page on here. There’s a link to PM and a phone number. Best of luck!

Thanks again, that number won't accept messages or customer service. I know I am but one of millions that use their site. But now I have my work vehicle down for the unforeseeable future while I try to get this worked out. I may end up purchasing the item from another vender and telling Rock Auto to pound sand. I don't care how big your company is, you should have a customer service department.

    I am done with rockauto!

First they sell an inferior part, then they send the wrong part for my warranty claim, then they close my warranty request without ever sending the correct part.

It cost me $34.00 to send them back wrong part they sent me. Now I am out the original price of the part, the cost of the return shipping of my warrantied part, the cost of shipping the wrong part they sent me, and now they have gone radio silent.

I have been buying parts from them for over two decades, and this is how they lose me as a customer.

    Go pound sand rockauto!!!
