Common Tacoma Acronyms

What do all the acronyms mean? I've gleaned OEM, OR and a few others, but is there a comprehensive list of acronyms? Iv'e done some forum searches and gone back into old, very old, threads, but most of you cats are so deep into the Taco's this basic entry level knowledge doesn't appear to be out there.
Your help is appreciated.

I don't think there is any master list anywhere on here, are there any you are stuck on?

 

Hmmm... lemme think of the ones I know off the top of my head:

OEM- "On every model" (meaning stock/from factory)
OR- off road
DCSB- double cab short bed
DCLB- double cab long bed
AC-access cab (when talking about models)
CMC- cab mount chop (modification)
RTT- roof top tent

CG - Center of Gravity
Diff - Front or Rear Differential
OCI - Oil Change Interval

OME- Old Man Emu (After market suspension company) not to be confused with OEM.

HC- High Clearence bumper

There’s probably hundreds on here some are one offs. Just keep reading and it’ll become clear at some point.

 

TPMS tire pressure monitoring system

Actually, related directly to your stock truck, your owners manual will contain a lot of them.

 

You just have to decipher think of it like he da Vinci code lol

 

TSS- Toyota safety something or nother

 

thought that was in Sweden.,,
