I recently purchased a 2006 Tacoma with 150k miles. One week after purchasing it the VSC TRAC, VSC OFF, check engine light came on. I hooked up the code reader and it displayed a code of P0051. which reads Heated Oxygen Sensor Heater control circuit low Bank 2 sensor 1. Should I replace the sensor and if so does anyone know it's location

Yes replace the air fuel ration sensor. i believe is driver side and closest to the engine, it wont be the one easy to get under the truck.
