    Hello fellas,

For some reason this code keeps popping up P0011 randomly.
Comes on and goes away on it’s own..
    Anyone have this problem?
    2.7 2009

    Thanks !

Could be a few things, oil control valve, cam gear, or timing chain is stretched. They are hard to diagnose.

I personally would consider doing a hot oil flush next oil change.

Drive it on the highway, add a cleaner, and dump the oil red hot. Replace with a quality oil.

Have you, in your experience as a Tech, ever seen a clogged OCV Filter cause this issue?
Would it even be worth checking it?

Yes, but it was a symptom of something else. Metal fillings haha.

Regardless the filter on the high pressure oil line leading to the ocv is worth inspecting and cleaning. It's a banjo fitting.
