Seconded. Also interested in western NY and northern PA; it seems like it's mostly ATV and Jeep country. Anyone around there?

There is nothing legal in the CNY area... About 10 years ago when I had my Jeep, I was a member of "Salt City Off Road Enthusiasts"(S.C.O.R.E.), and "East Coast Off Road"...

In that time we went on one trip to a guys private property in Cortland, and a few trips to Paragon Off Road Park in PA (which is now closed)...

At the time there was a mud bog every year in Fabuis, but I haven't really heard anything about that recently either.

Good luck, and if you find anything be sure to let us know... I'm itching to get dirty...
