I have a 95 Tacoma 4wd 3rz and yesterday while I was driving I pressed in the clutch petal, stopped, and it started engaging while it was completely compressed and almost stalled the truck, I forced it out of gear and re-compressed the petal and it worked fine then after driving for a while it did it again, the fluid is topped off and I flushed the old fluid out about 6 months ago so I don’t think it needs to be bled. I had this issue with my old Tacoma and it ended up being a broken clutch fork, I’m praying that’s not the case. Has anyone had this issue before?

Just spit balling but maybe bad clutch master or slave cylinders. Or a bit of a stretch but could be a failing rubber hose that is expanding when the clutch pedal is being pushed in. An extra set of eyes can help determine this if it is the culprit

New fluid helps but if you're loosing hydraulic pressure and there's no leaks the Clutch master cylinder, slave and hose aren't expensive or hard to change. I would rule out the clutch fork and check for cracked firewall mounts before replacing hydraulics though.

Check and see if your clutch mechanical throw is actuating long enough and bleed the hydraulic clutch system if it needs it.

Are the mounts on the inside or outside of the firewall?

A rubber hose that goes from the master to the slave?

If you flushed out old ugly black fluid it’s probably from degrading rubber parts. Chances are you need hydraulic rebuilds or new master and slave. Especially if it was a cold day this morning when it acted up.

Best guess I can do from my phone.

I don’t think it was that bad when I flushed it I just heard on here that another type of fluid would work better than DOT so I flushed it out and I think I replaced it with redline. That was 6 months ago or more though. It was probably around 65 degrees out.

Also, I didn’t feel any difference in pressure when pushing in the pedal

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
Not only can the clutch bracket break the fire wall as well!

Check the clutch Fork as well.

While it can`t hurt to change clutch hydraulics with Aisin products

No it is there between the steel line off the slave cylinder and the steel line off the Master cylinder .

If not that line would be breaking all the time

Unless some one had put the 5 speed in and never installed it

Is the push rod adjustable? It seams like the engagement point is really small. Maybe I’m just used to my crappy master cylinder lol.
