When I press the gas after a complete stop, i hear a clunking noise/popping noise in the front . Dont hear anything while driving, only happens as soon as the truck moves from a complete stop. Any clue?

    2018 automatic with 1200 miles.

I’d be willing to bet the isolator\rubber bushings on the front coilovers either top or bottom are no good...very hard to diagnose even when jacking the truck up to take the weight off...and yes they can be bad with 1200 miles...

Take a look at the video.
    Same noise?
The dealer replaced my front struts and the rubber bushings at the top of the springs. The tech was not sure if the struts were binding or the rubber bushing at the top of the spring was not aligned properly. To be proactive, he replaced both parts.

My rear passenger side leaf spring shackle squeaks. I'm still trying to figure out how to mitigate it.

Mine does that too. Bad when I'm off road. I'll be curious what the fix is.

Actually, I had my front OEM struts replaced twice at the dealership within 7,500 miles! Both sets began making that metal snapping noise within 1,500 miles of replacement. The noise only happened when the strut assemblies were completely compressed or completely extended, like going over speed humps or off road. I replaced the front OEM's with Bilstein 5100 struts. I can't say the truck drives differently, but that snapping noise is gone.
I brought the 5100's on Ebay with a 15% off coupon. I paid something like $177.00 for the pair.
