During the TopperLift group buy, there was a bit of interest in the Nomad. I didn't want to start this group buy until our new material was ready to go.

The Nomad is a tent extension that allows any truck with a topper to utilize the tailgate area as a weather protected camping space.

The new material has finally arrived and production is getting started this week for the latest version of the Nomad. This new fabric is an exclusive to topper lift and is a double wall construction of 400 denier fabric sandwiching a thin layer of advanced insulation. The main advantage over the previous nomad is the addition of insulation and 2nd layer of fabric.

    Group Buy Details:
    Free Shipping to Continental U.S.
    Shipping to HI,AK,Canada = $70
Extra $15 off non insulated Nomad tents (Limited Supply)

    Nomads ordered(Reg. Price $345):
    1-14: $295 ea. (non insulated material: $280)
    15-25: $275 ea. (non insulated material: $260)
25+: $275 ea. plus free privacy shades or bungee rack (non insulated material $260)

Group buy will be open until June 9th. Discount codes will go out on June 10th with one week to purchase.

Reply to this post and PM me the following details if you want to be part of this group buy.

    1. Full Name
    2. Email
    3. Is your topper carpeted and what size is it (cab height vs mid/full rise)
    4. Would you like an insulated or Non-Insulated Nomad
    5.(Optional) Truck Make/Model if not a Tacoma.

    I’d be in if I didn’t buy a motorcycle instead of a topper. :bikewheelie2:

    I’ll get one eventually though

How does this attach to the topper? Does it use Velcro? I have a carpeted headliner and don't really want to mess it up by ripping Velcro off of it everytime I tear down the tent.

Yes it connects with Velcro. You shouldn't be too worried about running your carpet as this is split into two pieces and most people leave to top part that would be velcroed in and rolled up when not in use. The bottom half comes out and gets folded up. I will look identical to the Topperlift Weekender package rolled up.

To all interested: I apologize for the delay in getting the code out. I have been off the grid in the UP of Michigan with little to no service for the last 36hrs I will get the code out by tonight.

For anybody still wanting to get in. Due to my delay, anyone can still get into this group buy. Until the end of tonight.

Got my tent! Can't wait to try it out so I've been hanging out in it. The additional space is great to have. Thanks Eztopper lift for an awesome deal!

Yeah it is, I'm glad to have it, a short bed was impossible to sleep in before this. Now I have the perfect space to stretch out. The canvas seems really durable too.

The Nomad or Topperlift weekender is definitely the only comfortable way to go if you have a short bed. Hard to believe its actually insulated right? that new double wall insulated construction is deceivingly thin! Hope all of you that order one enjoy them!

Yeah nice thin material that rolls up easily. But also seems good and warm, I've still got to put on some water resistant spray. Is anything meant for tents okay to use?

Yes, any sealer is fine. I am a life long camper and would personally choose seamgrip+WP by gearaid.

Cool, do you recomend seasoning the tent by sprinkling water and allowing to dry? I saw about doing this with canvas tents.

    Thanks!

Nope, that's only useful for canvas tents. Does not apply to this 400 denier fabric.
