    Hey everybody,

Im about to order my set of clazzios. Has anybody heard anything about the PVC material? Its the least expensive option. Or is it pretty much leather or bust?

There's a post complaining his Clazzio PVC covers had a strong odor. You may want to search for that post.
I have no first-hand-knowledge on the PVC covers. I have the leather model and those covers are great.

I've had the pvc for a year now. They still look new and never had odor except for the 1st day str8 out of the box. I would buy again.

Buy them! I love mine! Everyone is blown away by the appearance and my other taco friends are jealous.

You won’t regret it and there was no odor. Mine were a bit “grippy” but I bought a container of armor all shine and within one application that issue was gone and now they are perfect. Just need to wear in a little. Mine still look brand new and I got them at the start of the summer.

I also hop right in the car after surfing or paddle boarding and don’t worry too much about them. They don’t hold odors at all and clean easily.

I've had both over the years. The leather/PVC option was in my s2000. After 4 years the perforated leather actually looked more worn than the PVC side bolsters, they still looked good either way. I bought a quilted set (full PVC) for my FJ. I didnt get to keep them long but there was no smell from mine.

Well, I love them! They took me 4 hours to put on, but I made a couple minor mistakes. Easiest part is the seat bottoms. Hardest in my opinion was, by far, the front two headrests. Hands are cracked, bleeding, and sore, but it was a labor of love. I ended up going Full PVC bc it turns out the only part thats leather is the insert, not the whole seat. I misunderstood that to begin with. But yeah I love them! Very comfy so far

Had them since May when I got the truck. Still look like the day I put them on. I love them. I also reused the plastic backs on my rear seats. Here is the thread going into more detail on it:

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads...-re-use-the-plastic-yet.549691/#post-17981697

Kinda scary cutting into my brand new seat backs the day I unboxed them but worth it.

I just pressed the plastic inserts down on the backs of the seats and cut where it left an impression for the grooves. Each seat has like 5 spots it needs cut. Don’t do this if you are not comfortable!!!

Did not know they had a PVC model. Those look great. I have been a Wet Okole buyer for 20 years, can anyone post a review/comparison of the PVC to Wet Okole?

I love these seat covers. I got the leather centers. Only problem I've had is with the drivers seat bottom. After almost two years, it cracked on the pvc at the edge where you slide on it getting in the truck. I emailed them and they sent me a new one for free. Great customer service. Only other problem was I broke my finger trying to install them. But not to worry, the next weekend I finished them up with a splint on!
