Clazzio

Does anyone know if Clazzio has a coupon code at the moment? Also, PVC vs leather... any reason I should spend the extra 200 to get the leather?

 

I installed some a few weeks ago, I went with leather after some reading. No experience with the pvc ones but from reading others responses they appear to be the same quality and hard to tell difference. I know I’m very impressed with the leather

 

Sometimes they have sales, sometimes not. Depends on how patient you are.

 

Both are great
PVC is slightly sticky on super hot humid days but I have had both and both are great

 

On those hot humid days, are you regretting not getting the leather?

I used staytoasty for $100 off my order. Which also has seat warming

 

Mine are 4 years old and look like new. I would say it holds up way better than the oem fake leather in the Tacoma and in my opinion Katskins wear like factory leather. I don't know Clazzio is using but it last!

Mine are tu-tone PVC I was most impressed with the color match They look natural and were available off shelf. This photo was 10 minutes after install the spot is camera flare

 

I've had mine (leather) for seven years now and they still look great. I haven't had any regrets installing them.

 

I wanna see some dark brown installs boys. Is it caffeine color ?

Can't get enough of those in the regular thread. Lol. I've veen contemplating those for years.

 

I did carpet tape over the heater pads so the seat conforms to the seat. That way you don't get the waves in the leather.

 

Here is mine with the PVC covers after 3 years. Best thing I’ve done on my truck.

 

Just got a pair of the PVC's in Grey...(in stock option)
Surprisingly matches the 2023 TRDOF mag grey quite well.
Gonna have to wait till the weather here in the PacNW warms up a bit to install them.

 

The seat bottoms still look crazy tight. Do you do anything to keep it so taut?

 

After researching umpteen different brands and options I'm headed down the Clazzio road as well. They look OEM (or better) in all of the photos I've seen here and elsewhere. Like @OregonTaco541 I'm just waiting for the weather to warm up (July 5th? ) here in the NW so they won't fight me as much going on. Haven't completely decided, but I think I'm going for the "off the shelf" black and grey leather... although @rdgm71's PVC seats look sweet!

Looks like the "TACOMAWORLD" discount code is only $80 now though. Maybe they'll pop by here or there with something better.

I agree this was money well spent. My daughter rides horses and the cloth seats were magnets for dirt and hair. The Clazzio are super easy to clean and look like new after 6 months. Like others have said nobody realizes they are covers.

I did my Tacoma in June in TX and just dripped sweat the whole time. 90+ garage heat. Perf leather black with red stitching



did my tundra a few weeks ago in 50ish degree weather. Perf leather black with black stitching



I didn’t feel a difference in difficulty at either temp really but I didn’t leave pools of sweat in 50 degree weather. It’s a little bit of work either way.
