With desert season coming to an end here in most of the country soon. I’m thinking of “hosting” a big group trip to northern AZ and the cinder hills ohv area for some prime camping season and wheeling. Lots of open space to explore and have fun. And weather should be superb. Open for date suggestions, but thinking sometime in May, but not memorial weekend since things will not only be busier that weekend, but most people will have other plans anyways.

So who wants to come out and wheel for a few good days in northern AZ? @dwphoto cross posting from another forum. @Sixthelement @Atl-atl @XPOTRPR @desertjunkie760 @81Trekker @Supra4x4 @everyoneelse.

Suspension gets started on the 17th, probably done by the end of the month. Then the motor and driveline need to be installed. Lol. I wish.

You literally don’t have an option. We either fix your truck before the weekend so you can send it. Or we send your truck and then fix it later. Or both. That’s usually how my truck goes

Two/three weeks ago. Last I heard, Deaver was 4 weeks out on my springs and they were waiting on that week some laser stuff.

Thanks for the invite but I’m done for the season. My truck is getting torn apart and prepped for the summer.

I'm gonna try and make it my goal to have the truck ready for dirt by then. Cinders looks like a blast, and I have family in Phx.

Good to know. So better option is cinco de mayo weekend or the following. Or expo weekend and people can make that as another excuse to make the trip here.

Damn. I get to AZ around June 10th, so I'll just miss this. Count me in for the next one though.

You’re moving here so you’ll be up here to check it out soon enough.

Man this sounds tempting but I been truckless since last year and wont be getting into another one for another year or so. Will this trip be doable with a 2021 Rav4 TRD offroad? this also depends on dates this will be happening
