I had two of them on my camaro.... attached right to the downpipe.... not cat..... it was loud.

I feel that tacoma's are too classy for a cherry bomb.... but id be interested to know how it sounds, I think it might sound a bit ricey with it. When you put it on put a video up.

go with it. Takes up a small amount of space, tucked up so it cant get ripped off by rocks as easy, In my jeep I tried flowmaster, hearthrob vortex, rocks ripped them all off. and if you have a full tailpipe it is not that much louder in the cab or outside. Its no stock muffler but I bet it is not much louder than a flowmaster. It is what I am going to put on my project when I am done with it.

    classy..... ha

I've herd that glass packs don't last as long as mufflers. In my opinion I'd save and get a flowmaster 40 series.

The thrust turbo made by cherry bomb doesn't sound horrible, and is just as cheap as the glass pac's, not as loud. My buddy had one on his V6 camry sounded good. Not ricey.

    OME and worth every penny.
they don't last. As far as sounding ricey? What doesn't on a v-6? I-6 sounds much more exotic than V. Something about having odd # on 1 side always sounds worse than an even bank. I've always thought V-10's sound horrible. V-4's (motorcycles) sound great.

You got a few answers didn't you?
If you're looking for deeper tone I like my Wicked Flow a lot. Some guys run them on here. Look at YouTube for specific mufflers (Flowmaster, Magnaflow, Borla) Everyone will have their own opinion.

    magnaflow 14'' or 18''.

18'' will sound deeper during idle and lower rpms. But my 14 sounds sick when you on the gas.

click my sig pic and scroll down to the youtube vids of mine.

A V8 ! I have heard dozens of 6 cylinders with all different mufflers and they all sound like crap. None of them will produce "supper deep sound" ;)
