So here is my problem. It only happens when I go through a car wash. The check engine light comes on and I get 3 codes.

P0138:Oxygen Sensor High Voltage (Bank 1 -Sensor 2)

    P0456:EVAP system small leak

    P0606

This only comes up after a car wash and will go away within a few days. Is anyone aware of this problem or have had it happen to that? Is it something I should fix or just stop going to auto car washes?

    none yet
only car washes and not rain or home wash
I'm thinking high pressure water is getting into the electrical system
long term, you should find and fix
short term, stop going to car washes

Personally, I would replace that particular O2 sensor, retighten the gas cap then clear the code. I've never experienced a CEL from exterior or engine bay car wash. Regarding the O2 sensor replacement, go with Denso.
