Depends on what you mean by "messing around with lights"

Tried to wire halos, to the main fuse box under hood. Acceleration is a little weird too.

Disconnect battery for a few min and reconnect, see if you have the same scenario.

Doesn't seem like a battery/electricity could have much to do with the engine once it's running. Unless the automatic checking of stuff for the check engine like has lost power? Not sure how to say that last part :p

Wiring error. Reverse your mods, and see if problem goes away.

mine did the exact same thing yesterday while trying the fog light anytime wiring. I wired it up, turned the key on to see if the fog lights were working and noticed those lights on. So i cranked it up to see if the fog lights were on, they weren't but the CEL was. I undid everything, put it back to factory, cycled the key a few times, and came back 30 mins later and they were off. Point of story to put everything back factory and give it a little while to see if they go off lol.

This just happened to me what fuses did you blow. Under the steering wheel or engine bay?

The OP hasn't been on since September 2021 so it'll likely take you longer waiting for a reply than it would to pop the covers and check. Were you doing electrical work when this happened?

@stickyTaco got it figured out. Was wiring halos. My stop and others fuses blew. Got everything running great again.
