I decided to "clean" the charcoal canister on my 96 Tacoma as specified in the service manual. Never done it before, so I said what the hell.

I blew compressed air into the Tank Pipe while holding the Purge Pipe closed. Nothing came out the bottom pipe.

What am I supposed to see or smell? Charcoal dust? Fumes?
