I have a 1998 Toyota Tacoma SR5 with a manual transmission. It has the 2.7 in it. Went to auto zone to get it scaned because my speedometer, rpm tac, and the digital odometer does not work. The check engine light is on and the po500 speed sensor code showed up. I changed the speed sensor and the speedometer, rpm tac, and odometer still does not work. Any ideas on what could be wrong

1st gen - it's got a built engine, a turbo, and waaaaaaay too much to list. 3rd gen - basic-bitch lift, S/C, Pro Wheels
The ECU gets it's speedo signal from the speedometer which is fed by the speed sensor in the trans. If the speedo stops working because something else, it will trip a code for the speedo sensor, even though it isn't the speedo sensor.

    Have you checked your fuses?

The rpm tach signal comes off the igniter just in case

If three of the indicators on the cluster are not working, and it's only three that req'd power, I'd look at the power going to the cluster not the sensors feeding it.
