Man, I wish I'd seen this before I took mine to the dealership! Would have saved me lots of time and hassle. They were very rude to me and said things like "are you f**king serious?" and "get out of my sight." I was able to find this home mechanic to come to my house in his van to do it. But, he charged me $600 because it was such a specialty job. Happy to finally know what to do!

I like to go synthetic for a few reasons.

    1) synthetic lasts 500k clicks. Conventional only goes 300k

    2) the click sound in the cabin is much cleaner with synthetic

    3) synthetic heats less, reducing global warming

Allow me to illustrate the illumination in an analogy. The number of Lumens increased beyond the enlightenment Illuminati could eliminate

OP - I know it is cheaper and easier to use regular tap water to flush them out, but I recommend using Toyota's distilled flush fluid. You'll get a brighter blink and it won’t void your warranty.

But this new synthetic seems to be the way to go! Works with LED’s too!
