I’m kicking around the idea of installing a center console Molle panel? I thought it would be a good way to install a large water bottle holder and a few other gadgets.

What brand did you go with?
What do you like about the setup?
    What do you dislike?
What do you use it for?
Does it rub on or interfere with driver side seat function (my wife needs the seat forward when she drivers)?

    I like that it's a molle

    I dislike the Mounting hardware

    I use it for stuff

Doesn't interfer unless u have big stuff attached.

I'm assuming this is the style you're talking about?

I wanted an R1! But with all the drama in the world it was slim pickins. Next on my list is a Marlin 45 70 though.

    Yeah, that’s the style.

I do like the contour of the Victory4x4. I would probably mount it more like the Cali with threaded nut inserts.

It doesn’t look like much space between my seat and console. Maybe I’ll just mount a panel on the passenger side. 90% of the time it’s just me in the truck.

I like the mounting system of the Cali, but I like the way the Victory4x4 and RagoFabrication follow the contours of the console better.

It looks like they all are offering about 10% off right now.

I went with the seat molle instead. Didn’t want to drill into the center console. Member here makes and sells (desertdoesit.com). I got an element fire extinguisher on passenger side and I put my fenix flashlight as well as my leatherman on drivers side. Also use it to clip my aiwb holster when I am driving or it just put it between the seat and console.

I considered the seat mount, but thought a water bottle holder might interfere with seat movement. I still may get one to mount other items. Seems like a good spot to mount an extinguisher.

That's the only reason I haven't bought one is because I don't want to drill into the console.

For a weapon mount, I put one behind the passenger head rest. Very accessible, quick and hidden too.(I have a AC cab with good tint)

I use a seat back gun rack for my rifles during hunting season. I don’t usually run with the pistol in the truck, but a better setup might change that.

Nice! Any concerns with the mounting hardware?

I drilled holes and used #10 button heads on my GPS stand. (screw, nut and washers) There is nothing under the tunnel except the driveshaft but a 10 second look under the truck wouldn't hurt.

This is our recommendation if you need more security on the panel. It's pretty easy to open the console up and add small button heads, larger washers, and nuts on the inside

(Multi-tool is a Gerber Diesel, pen is a cheapie from Amazon, the leather holster is a Viperade PJ15, Kydex Holster is an Amberide right side draw IWB for an LCP, the vegetable is a small cucumber, meatstick is delicious.)

I have no idea why I typed that but it's true. LOL. I don't use sheet metal screws or self tappers anywhere on any vehicle. Just to much vibration to loosen it up. I'll use a bolt and nut first. I did go through the transmission tunnel to mount my GPS stand which has nothing to do with this panel install. I blame it on the heroin and crack....lmao
