I see why no one has posted any review videos of the CBI roof rack height bed racks...

Has anyone else experienced a complete lack of quality control with their CBI orders recently?

My bed rack had the wrong piece welded into the passenger bedside. They used a driver side piece. So, the spot where one of the braces mounted was upside down and completely un usable.

Working with CBI, it took 2 weeks of negotiations to get a replacement part, and now they want ME to pay for the return shipping of the defective part.

The CBI products I have seen the in past, were great. The quality was awesome, and the fit and finish was top notch.

I'm HIGHLY disappointed by their recent fall from grace.

Has anyone else experienced this recently?

Return it all. Even if you have to pay shipping you'll feel better than having junk on your truck your not happy with.

If I were to return it all myself, freight from AK, it would cost just as much as the refund

The issue is. I WANT it to work. I WANTED it to be the high quality stuff I'd seen before. I was willing to shell out more money for the higher quality product I thought I was getting.

Maybe my hopes were too high?

It Just doesn't seem like the quality matches the price tag.

I like the way it looks. Just don't look too hard, I guess....
