Thanks for posting these pics. I really want a set of these but the pics on the CBI site are not detailed at all. Can you take a close-up of the mounting brackets? How thick are the plates? I want to try and adapt a rollup tonneau that mounts inside the bed rails to run with these.

    Nice truck BTW

Can you also explain how they work with the accessory mounts. Do they work with both Thule and Yakima products? Do the cross bars come with the mounts? They look like a great product.

Has anyone bought the dual gas can carrier? If so how does it mount?

Thanks guys so I dunno about a tonneau I would like one as well they mount in the stock track rail system. They should work with any brand accessory I had to get an additional kit for those little box things under the fat cat rails. Super simple install and I called Nate at CBI to help explain it. There is a great YouTube video for a different system by CBI that explains the basics and shows most of the parts . posting pics now and thanks for the praise as well!

So the whole kit has all the mounting hardware crossbars and the track things that fit inside the stock system.

    To install

    1. Remove the clips on the stock track rail.
    2. Slide the track tab things with the tab facing the cab for the front towers and for the back the tab must be facing the back.
    3. Hand tighten your towers down first and measure it up to make sure towers are equal distance apart.
    4. tighten the towers down w the bolts and washers after you measured it all out l
    5. Attach crossbars and hand tighten them first double checking measurements and alignment.
    6. Actually tighten everything down and then pop the stock track system end caps in.

Key is to measure a ton and hand tighten it first before bolting it down.

@Gnarman Any chance you could tell me how tall those bars are? I'm looking at Cbi's website, but it doesn't give any specs on them. Any chance you could measure them for me??

Yeah, I was looking for the height from the bed side and the length of the base that sits on the bed rail. Thanks man, you rock!
