CB Mic Vent Mount / CB RAM Mount

No drill CB Mic Mount. It is a 3D Printed ABS Plastic that works with your stock vent. This location is great because you have 4 different mounting locations and it requires no drilling or adhesive. It is easy to install and remove as well as being strong so the mic doesn't pop out on super bumpy roads. Printed in red in the last photo to just show how it mounts. Only available in black, for now.

Version 2 now being sold. V2 Vent and Ball mount have been modified to fit more CB Mics. I got feedback that some CB mic clips were a little to big for my mounts so I widened the inside which should account for this. V2 ball mount has a new round design which I believe is a little better looking than the original style.

Any idea if it works on a 2nd gen?

 

Don't think so since the second gens have two sets of fins unlike the third gen that only have one set

I really like the idea, but I'm hesitant about blocking that vent. I'm already partially blocking one with the Hondo phone mount. Is it not possible to design it flipped upside down so the clip part is at the bottom? So instead of the front lip sticking up, it sticks down?

 

Check out the original post HERE. I am sort of in the process of making one like that but the weight being so low doesn't allow it to "hold on tight". I have a video showing what I mean. I thought the same thing while using mine but for now, I haven't found a good way to make it.

My $0.02 review: Last weekend I lead two groups on trail rides that were 3 hours long each. Probably grabbed the mic 100+ times, clip works great!
