Not to bad to make. Cost about $225 to $250. Most expensive part was the extra long full ext drawer slide.

Here is an e-mail I sent to someone else. Hope this helps.

I use 25-2525 80-20 stock, so everything here is for that size.

I get my hardware from McMaster Carr.

I am going to use these in the future to hold the corners together: also from McMaster Carr. They use similar ones at Goose Gear.

3-Way External Connector, 1/4" Thread Size for 1" Aluminum T-Slotted Framing Extrusion
    [IMG]
    Each
    In stock
    $9.86 Each
    47065T244

I sure there is an 80-20 dealer near you. I order cut peices about 6 ft or so long, depending on what lengths I need. That way there is minimal waste. If I need 2 3ft peices ,I'll order a 6ft 1in peice to leave me room to cut. You get the idea. The peices come in 10 or 12 ft legnths, can't remember. Expensive to ship.

I get my T-nuts from and assorted 80-20 stuff from 8020inc on E-bay.

This is a useful tool if you decide to use the 25-2525 profile like I did. 80/20 Inc T Slot Access Hole Drill Jig 25 S 25-6120 N [IMG]It allows you to drill in the exact middle of the 25mm peice of 80-20.

I make my own L-brackets out of aluminum angle. I get that from Amazon.

The 25 mm 80-20 can be tapped on the ends for 6mm fasteners.

Any other questions let me know.

Anyone have any suggestions for some backcountry camping in Oregon or Eastern Washington? My fiance and I are headed to CVT in Bend in two weeks to pick up a tent and tour around Oregon and Eastern Washington for about a week and a half.

I'm originally from Oregon, but all I know about eastern Oregon is for hunting... but the Steens Mt's is great! the Avalord Desert is awesome. but if you want to go a little more north, I hunt in the Starkey and Hepner Area's and always wish I could just go back to explore/camp rather than hunt. But living in Colorado it's hard as it is to make it back for hunting season alone.

Thanks for the help guys, any info or suggestions are appreciated. We are not planning on staying in Eastern Oregon solely as we plan to drive a section of the coast from southern Oregon up towards Astoria and back into Portland. As far as Washington we'll be travelling thru the Eastern side of the state only.

    Cheers, Shane

As soon as I'm done with Armor, the overlanding set up begins. So far I've got the tent, need an annex, awning, drawers, fridge (thanks to you guys convincing me), Dual battery, and solar...
