Can I use MAF cleaner on other electronics?

I need to clean both my MAF sensor and some home electronics. I currently have neither of these spray cleaners. I'd like to know if I can use MAF cleaner for both. Then I can use the extra $8 and get some tacos.

I've read some people use contact cleaner on MAF sensors. But can you go the other way and use MAF cleaner on other electronic contacts, like say a home stereo speaker relay? Does it have anything fancy in it that will damage my stereo.

Please hurry. I'm hungry, and could use some tacos.

 

Yes. I've researched it. I couldn't find a difference between CRC's MAF and Elec cleaner.
